Student Portal is displaying error message: MISSING_TXT
Problem
When accessing the student portal Pomona Student Portal, errors referencing "MISSING" or "MISSING_TXT" appear when loading different pages.
Cause
This is typically caused by your web browsers default language. Currently, other languages are not supported on this version of the portal and it is recommended to update the settings on your browser to change the default settings back to English.

Solution
- Navigate to your web browsers Settings.
Note:
If you are using Edge, ensure your computer's default settings are reverted to the default.
- Search through the settings to find the default language.
- Revert settings back to English.
