Student Portal is displaying error message: MISSING_TXT

Issue:

When accessing the student portal Pomona Student Portal there are error messages when loading different pages.

Cause:

This is typically caused by your web browsers default language. Currently, other languages are not supported on this version of the portal and it is recommended to update the settings on your browser to change the default settings back to English.

Environment:

Application & Software:Student Portal (https://portal.pomona.edu/ICS)
Servers:Student Portal JICS
Hardware:Mobile devices (iPhone/Android), computers

Resolution:

Navigate to your web browsers settings - note: if yoou are using Edge, you will need to ensure your computers default settings are reverted to the default.
Search through the settings to find the default language.
Revert settings back to English.
