Can't log into Workday
The instructions below will show one what to do if they can't log into Workday.
There are two sets of troubleshooting instructions:
- for students, faculty and staff of Pomona College.
- for students, faculty and staff from the other Claremont Colleges or the Library.
Workday Login Troubleshooting Instructions for Students, Faculty or Staff of Pomona College
NOTE:
If you are on the Pomona College campus, do not use Claremont-Guest wireless. Use primarily Pomona wifi, or Eduroam wifi as a backup.
Open a new incognito window (Google Chrome) or new private window (Safari, Firefox or Edge).
Then:
- Visit http://my.pomona.edu and click 'Login' (upper right corner).
- You should then be taken to a Microsoft login page (with Stover Walk in the background). Authenticate there with your username (username@mymail.pomona.edu or username@pomona.edu) and the password.
- Once you are in the Portal, click the Staff link at the top.
- Click on the 'Workday' icon under 'Popular Apps'.
- At that 'Central Authentication Service' page, switch the institution to Pomona College and then click the ' LOGIN ' button.
You should now be logged into Workday
If you still can't log into Workday, there is likely something wrong with your Workday account profile (or employment). Please contact Human Resources at pomonahr@pomona.edu or 909-621-8175.
Workday Login Troubleshooting Instructions for Students, Faculty or Staff from the other Claremont College or the Library
NOTE:

Please change the password to your Pomona College account using the instructions at https://servicedesk.pomona.edu/support/solutions/articles/18000021753 .
NOTE:
If you do not know your Pomona College username, please email the Pomona College ITS Service Desk at ServiceDesk@pomona.edu using your home college email account (not Gmail, iCloud or other non-Claremont Colleges account).
Then:
- Visit https://www.myworkday.com/theclaremontcolleges .
- At that 'Central Authentication Service' page, switch the institution to Pomona College and then click the ' LOGIN ' button.
- You should then be taken to a Microsoft login page (with Stover Walk in the background). Authenticate there with your username (username@pomona.edu) and new password.
You should now be logged into Workday
