Acquire and install Chemdraw
ChemDraw is available for FREE to Pomona College faculty, staff and students. The instructions below will show one how to register, acquire and install the software.
Steps:
- Visit https://connect.revvitysignals.com/sitesubscription .
- In the Search for Institution box, enter 'Pomona College'. The following should appear:
- Click the Register button under 'Register to download the latest version of ChemDraw'.
- Fill out the registration form. Then, click 'Submit'.
- You should receive an email with directions to finish the account creation. In the email, click ' VERIFY YOUR EMAIL '.
- Once your account has been created and/or verified, log into the Download Center at http://perkinelmer.flexnetoperations.com .
- Click on List Downloads on the left.
- Select ChemOffice+ Cloud STD & SNB Bundle.
- Make sure to be on the New Versions tab. Then, select ChemOffice+ Cloud Standard and SNB Bundle.
- You should be shown a list of several files to download. Select the ChemDraw installer appropriate based on the host computer system (Mac or Windows).
Then, install the software.
- Once the software is installed go back to the Download Center and click on 'List Entitlements'.
- Selecting List Entitlements will display all the order number(s). Select the most recent order at the top of the list to find the associated Activation Code needed to activate the desired version of ChemDraw or ChemOffice.
The Activation Code is in the format of a 16-digit, four-part code.
- Once the software is installed, launch the software and choose 'Activation Code'.
- ChemDraw should open already licensed.
If needed though, fill in the form with the activation code information found in the previous step. Then, click 'Activate'.
The software should now be activated and ready for use.

For students from the other Claremont Colleges enrolled in a Pomona College course that need chemdraw, please contact the ITS Service Desk at ServiceDesk@pomona.edu and provide the following information:
- Name
- Pomona College provided user-id
- email address from your home college
- physical address
- phone number
- Course name and Professor
