Webinars with Zoom
In addition to being a meeting platform, Zoom also allows one to have webinars. Webinars are useful for events that have large audiences such as guest speakers, school announcements, and large lectures. Unlike with meetings, attendees do not share their videos and cannot see the participant list.
Get the Webinar Add-On from ITS
Due to the cost of Webinars, they are automatically a part account provided to Pomona College faculty, staff and students. ITS needs to add in the webinar feature at request.
If you Decide you want to host a webinar, please contact the ITS Service Desk at ServiceDesk@pomona.edu and ask for a webinar with a preferred date and time.

Once ITS has added the webinar feature to your account, Sign in to zoom at http://zoom.pomona.edu .
