Changing the Size of a Shared iPad screen in Zoom

Both Hosts and Participants can adjust the size of a shared iPad screen on their computers.

Hosts:

When you share your iPad, the screen of your iPad will appear on your computer surrounded by a green border.
To adjust the size of the iPad screen on your computer screen, click within the green border near the edge and then drag. You want to be as close to the green border as possible without being on top of it.

To move the iPad screen share, click on the iPad screen share and drag.

Participants:

Open the Zoom app and click on the settings icon in the upper right corner.

Click on Share Screen.

Make sure that either “Enter full screen when a participant shares screen” or “Maximize Zoom window when a participant shares screen” is checked (you can only check one or the other).

Make sure that the box next to “Scale to fit shared content to Zoom window” is checked. This will ensure you can see the entire screen being shared.
