Eduroam wireless and Ubuntu (Linux)
The instructions below will show one how to configure a Linux computer (using Ubuntu OS interface) to connect to Eduroam wireless.
Procedure
Open Settings or do a search for 'wifi'.
Select eduroam from the list of visible networks.
In the following window, enter the following settings (see image below for help):
* Wi-Fi security: WPA & WPA2 Enterprise
* Authentication: Protected EAP (PEAP)
* Anonymous Identity: <leave blank>
* CA Certificate: None (Check the 'No CA certificate is required' option)
* PEAP version: Automatic
* Inner Authentication: MSCHAPv2
* Username:
Your Pomona College username in the form of username@pomona.edu (faculty & staff) or username@mymail.pomona.edu (students).
* Password: <Your Pomona College password>

Click 'Connect'.
You should be connected to Eduroam wifi after a few moments.
